I first started this town with the basic idea in my head that I wanted a town that would look good, thrive with business and residents, and stay that way. I belive that I have accomplished that with this town. Building it was a lot of fun because I made MANY changes durring the course of building it. This town has many parks scattered throughout the city, two mayors home's, and a millitary base that I had to add buildings to (with the help of SKURK). You will also notice that I do have a lot of money, about 1.5 million dollars. I did this with the help of codes only for the purose of being able to cover the costs of the parks and massive renovations to the city.
II. Installation
To install coastal view.sc2, you need to extract the file into the directory that you have all of your cities in. The default is /SimCity2000/cities

III. Future Improvements to Coastal View
This city does still have it's problems. A few of them will be noticable right away, like the lack of highways, subway systems, and a railroad. These can be added, but it will require the blowing up of some buildings to make room.
Coastal View also has an average crime rate, so it could use a few more police stations, but it's not a serious problem.
The main purpose is to have fun with this town, because you've got money to blow! (Plus an extra $1,000+ comes in every year.) You are free to add more parks and recreational facilities, add more mass transit or what ever.
